Mobile addiction

Once we lived without mobile telephones and didn't experience the lack of communication. Of course, we could come across some problems when we had no opportunity to call somebody at a push. But this fact never prevented us from living our lives, make plans, meet our friends, etc. At present we can't imagine our life without mobile phones. Of course, they are very helpful and make our life more convenient and give us better opportunities to make plans for the nearest future, fix meetings and facilitate communication with our friends, colleagues and relatives. But the fact that we talk more and more makes us extremely dependent on our mobile phones. We often call different people and discuss trifles which are not very important and are not worth discussing. We understand it but go on talking on the phone and tell gossips to each other, report about our location to our relatives, promise to return in time, etc. On the one hand it gives us an opportunity not to be much anxious about each other, but on the other hand talking on the phone becomes an end in itself and the main priority of our everyday life. At first we make our mind to call somebody and then think what to say and what to talk about. The plot of our talk is often secondary with respect to our wish to make a call. At first we decide to make a call, then we choose the interlocutor, and at last we think what to say or even don't think of it at all. That is why our conversation is usually very stupid, we discuss well-known things, the talk in general is banal and each next phrase or response can be easily predicted. Our telephone talks resemble millions of other similar talks so much, that it is even possible to teach a machine to talk on the phone, and it will build a conversation as successfully as a human being.

What can these talks lead to? They can lead to the fact that we become increasingly tired from our friends, acquaintances and relatives, because we talk to them too much. But it doesn't mean that we are fed up with our mobile telephones. When we are sick and tired of our fiends, we simply decide to find new friends and call them and talk to.

There is no scientific evidence of harmful influence of mobile telephones to our health. Scientists as well as ordinary people admit that they often feel bad and have headache after long phone talks. But the direct negative impact of mobile phones on the human body is not yet scientifically proved. This research is being held by many scientific research institutes and probably we will have results very soon. But is it worth waiting any results, if we can feel this negative impact ourselves and understand that it is obvious. Many people claim that that they experience migraine and can't concentrate on their work after long telephone talks. Do you need any other facts to prove the harmful impact of mobile phones on your health?

Take care of yourself and try to reduce the overall time of your telephone talks. Use your telephone only if you have serious reasons for that or in case you have urgent matters.
